You have been training with Rampage and Bisping at the Wolfslair...
That's right, I'm training with all the guys down there, Mario, Paul Kelly, Michael Bisping and having a great time

What's behind the decision to come here and train with those guys?
I had the opportunity, doing some business with Throwdown and the Wolfslair, to come and rekindle my relationship with Rampage and just help out however possible

You're fighting the UK's Rob Broughton in Liverpool, how's the gameplan for that fight?
Well the fight came last minute and it's a week away and I'm just happy to be a part of any fight and just trying to build my record every single day fighting around the world, and I love what I do for a living so I'm blessed and I'm happy about it

What kind of shape are you in at the moment? Were you training anyway?
Well, what do you think?!

You do look in good shape I must say! Probably the best I've seen you in quite a few years...
