Today I decided to do some strength training early and train some sub grappling on the night ( gonna try to do drill some new techniques I have picked up and do loads of 5 min flow rolling rounds and rotate with everyone who's doing padwork ) I can't actually walk that well due to ripping a big chunk out of my heel on the corner of a ring while sparring on saturday morning ( hurts like fuck and it's a nightmare getting my shoes on / off ) so I think I'll sit the padwork out tonight. I'd also like to add that I had an excellent sparring session on saturday apart from when a 6ft 7 lad named Dan boxed my fucking head off and left me with a 2 day headache and a bruised conk. I was like a shit wanderlei silva swinging wild overhands trying to reach the fucking giraffes head. Note to self - Move your head more and hit the streak of piss with some viscious left hooks to the body next time ( I sincerely hope Dan isn't reading this ) if he is ...
