All Out Action goes Live
18 Feb 2010
To celebrate the launch of the website for new UK MMA company All Out Action, MMA Hit Pit caught up with one of the brains behind the team Jay Evans for a quick chat.
Hi Jay so tell me what is All Out Action exactly?
Hey there, All Out Action is a creative services / combat apparel + supplementation website that is aimed at anyone with an interested in the fight lifestyle or fight business, we've worked with a lot of the top UK brands / events and we are hoping to make a big impression in the coming months!
So who is All Out Action?
AOA is made up of some very creative individuals, at the top level of the business its: myself, Chris Cronin and Kyle Brearey and then we have tons of other creative individuals that we work with / plan to work with, we are very open to teaming up with others when it comes to creative work, I personally love working with artists putting ideas together and seeing what crazy designs come out
as a result!
What made you guys start up All Out Action?
All you have to do is look around the UK MMA scene at the brands/events/online shops .... to be honest a lot of them suck, we plan on helping brands from grass roots to the top brass move forward.
At the same time we also sell products so we'd like to think we will be alternative UK online retailer that offers some of the UK MMA brands that get over looked.
What can we expect from you guys?
At the moment I can't give too much away but lets just say we are all about change, we are going to change the presentation of UK MMA and beyond, no more 15 half naked guys with their hands up posters with flames in the background ha ha.
Might get in trouble for mentioning this but we have a plan to make gear more affordable too!
You guys seem to be all about UK MMA and helping the scene out, how important is it to you to help out the new guys as oppose to established events like UCMMA etc?
I know I talk about UK MMA a lot because its an area I think needs a lot of work but we will be doing combat sports in general when it comes to filming/design even our shop has BJJ / Boxing specific items.
I think it is more important to help the playing field even out, the more new brands we can work with the better as it helps the sport grow and become more completive on a business level but that's not to say that we always support the underdog, we enjoy working with big brands also.
All you have to do is look at the work we've done with Knuckleup, they started off small and became big overnight ha ha, Matt Hand is a monster to be honest, not like a ugly guy with bad tattoos but a UK MMA business monster thats always looking to take the next step!
Thanks Jay
