In part 2 of this Exclusive interview Dan gives us an insight into whats on his iPod and who his hero was growing up.

He also gives his thoughts on the MMA scene in the UK and has some choice words for a certain UK based promotion.






MMA Hit Pit: Apart from a title fight, who would you like to fight (in the UFC)?

Dan: I’ve been thinking about this to be honest. I speak to Joe Silva every
now and then, and he’s quite keen to know what my take on the situation
is, and who I’d like to fight. I really don’t know. I look at the UFC
and see so many guys and think “I’d be excited to fight them” that it
would be too hard to make a decision. I can...

Dan hit the nail on the head when he says about certain shows putting the wrong fighters on just to sell tickets I have been to many local shows (Yorkshire) and travelled further up north too and dont get why there are so many Yob's there that boo and dont understand the ground game - just want to be macho and go to watch cage fighting!  I love the sport and admire anyone that has the balls to compete!

I often treat Dan before and after his UK fights and honestly think that he has the right attitude and attributes to make the best of his chance in the UFC.
